RAW Is Sent in to Close...

Happy Monday, Enthusiasts!

Hope it’s a decent start to the week for you.  I certainly have more things I could complain about but this week’s start is not one of them.  So, before heading off to Saudi Arabia, the WWE pit stops in Canada for tonight’s RAW.   There’s a few things readily advertised.  Randy Orton will continue to apologize for his deplorable heel-itude.  Brock Lesnar is stalking the backstage halls and Becky Lynch ramps up the beef with Shayna Baszler.  Could be a fun night.

What we should be looking for is how RAW is going to lead us into this Super Showdown.  I won’t be watching live this time around.  I’ll catch it when I get home from work.  Hopefully it isn’t too long.  Do have to get up the next morning but given the loose viewership this event may have, the question is will we have much lead-up?   I view these Showdowns as exhibitions for the most part because of this.  With a SmackDown to produce on the following Friday and some of the roster abroad, I see why John Cena is advertised for this week.  Need some sort of draw for the show.  As always, I’m more curious of how they intend to present all of this.  It looks like an impossible mission the WWE gives themselves.  We’ll see if any of it matters or if SmackDown continues on like the Showdown never happened.

In any case, let’s see what RAW has got.  Word is that Aleister Black and Erick Rowan will have at each other again.  Also, some intrigue wafts in as Andrade is said to return to tonight.  We’ll see how his return effects this family feud simmering with Humberto “the Kid” Carrillo and his cousin Angel Garza.  This has been more interesting than I thought it would be so, there’s some space for this to be a fun night.  We’ll see how much of a plan there is.  Funny tweets get retweeted and as for Likes/Favorites, well I guess we’ll see.  It’s up to RAW to sell this Showdown and maybe to a lesser degree Elimination Chamber.  Don’t forget that’s in couple of weeks.

 See You in a Bit,
-Nicole Alexis (^_~)
