Who's in Line for Some Real PAYBACK!...

Image
Afternoon Enthusiasts, Today many of us will gather 'round to view this year's Payback PPV and there are some question marks floating about.  What will this "House of Horrors" match amount to?  Is Braun Strowman really so unstoppable?  Will Alexa Bliss out-cute Bayley with her heel-bitchy baby blues?  And who the hell are the Realest Guys and the Good Brothers?  Guess we'll find out soon enough.   West Coasters have the advantage this time around with the party being in San Jose.   Let's mix-it up and get some witty quips going!  Funny tweets will get retweeted and we can only hope for a true Favorite but those come when they come. See You in a Bit -Nicole Alexis (^_~)

Ahhh, It's Good to Be Back...

Not sure how I'm gonna like this back to back action though 😉 How You Doing, Enthusiasts! I hope your day is going mighty fine.  So, RAW gave us a little titillation for Sunday's PayBack suppose we'll see what SmackDown has to offer to get us salivating or at least make us go, "Hmmm..."  And who knows, they may not care with Backlash coming up for them but you know, it's all the same even if they segregate.  Viewers are viewers no matter where they come from.  I have to say that I missed being a part of show action though but, being on the West Coast, it seems a lot of the fun wraps up when we just start getting going.  There have to be other West Coast Enthusiasts out there.  Come out and show your fandom!  Have fun making fun.  This should always be handled like our WWE version of MST3K.  We all know not to take this too seriously, right?  So, let's make Monday and Tuesday light extensions of the weekend.  We'll gather, relax and talk all kinds

THE BIG PAYBACK!!...What Happened Last Night (May 17th, 2015)

Well, I’m not mad but I certainly had a lot of fun.   Payback was quite the pleasant surprise.   With a juicy Fatal-4-Way set to close the show, it was anyone’s guess what would go down along the way and though there has been plenty of drama stirred up in the preceding weeks, I wasn’t sure if it was going to amount to much and yes, we basically end up right where we were before but we’re all changed now by the experience and I for one am glad to see that the WWE can still present decent programming from time to time.   It wasn’t all gold but it was more interesting than not and so, kudos!   I don’t have to pack my bags and leave just yet. The pre-show had a couple of matches.   The first one was a perfunctory dance between Stardust and R-Truth. Though these 2 are great workers, the match itself had no bearing.   It simply seemed like something to do and that may have very well been the case.   There has certainly been no lead up or feud so they do as they’re supposed to a

I'll Get Some PAYBACK, How About You?...

What's Up, Enthusiasts! The lot of us should be gearing up for Payback and as I stated in my last post, I'm quite curious as to what will transpire but I'm not at all invested in any of the outcomes.  I think that's a safe way to go about it.  For the main event I'm guessing Seth Rollins retains or it goes to Randy Orton or Dean Ambrose.  I wouldn't bank on Roman Reigns just yet.  I get the feeling 2016 will be his year.  Nevertheless, don't really care how it all shakes out, just that I have a good time watching it all go down.  I'll be live tweeting so feel free to chime in.  Funny tweets will get retweeted and that Favorite, well that's just something I don't want to rush (^_~) See You in a Bit, -Nicole Alexis.

PUTTIN’ THAT SMACKDOWN…What Happened Last (Tuesday) Night [May 14th, 2015]

When it comes to this week’s Smackdown, I went in with only the spoilers and wasn’t expecting to be impressed yet, I have to say that I was quite pleasantly surprised.   The content wasn’t exactly spectacular but it was presented well and most importantly, it was very entertaining.   They also have been playing around with the format, which is nothing but an improvement because We the Audience have been quite bored for some time.   And though there were some rehashings, this episode was all in all a raucous good time that doesn’t so much whet our appetites for Payback but stirs up our curiosity to the point that we’ll probably watch just to see what happens. Evansville , Indiana plays host to Smackdown this week and it appears to be business as usual until the opening theme is so rudely interrupted by Bray Wyatt.   He has a message for Ryback.   Workout all you want.    No matter how greatly your muscles bulge, you’ll still bow down to Fear.   The Fear I create…

SMACKDOWN? But of Course (^_~)....

Evening, Enthusiasts! How goes your Thursday night?  Well, I hope.  It appears that we've come to the "Go Home" SmackDown before Payback and judging by the spoilers We may be left a bit lukewarm.  I don't know...it's always hard to say.  You read the spoilers and most of the time, you're not too surprised.  Sometimes though, and it doesn't happen often, the synopsis doesn't do the action justice.  We'll see if this is one of those nights.  It ought to be but...you know what we deal with.  Anyway, funny tweets get retweeted and that Favorite...I still haven't lost hope... See You in a Bit, -Nicole Alexis.

GIVING IT TO YOU RAW…What Happened Last Night (May 12th, 2015)

Greetings Enthusiasts!  I would say that RAW was the typical mixed bag that it tends to be this time around but, the show on the whole was fairly solid.  Anticipation for Payback is steadily growing and I find this promising.  I wouldn’t go so far to say that the WWE is going back to basics but it does seem to be reconnecting with itself a bit more.   We are all well aware that the general patch for shoddy performances was to throw some Attitude Era wrestlers out there for us to reminisce about but if I didn’t know better, the WWE may finally be accepting you can’t always prance out the old guard.  At some point, they have to make the new shit work.  There’s plenty to work with and they appear to be finding a way to piece it together in an at least a fairly interesting manner. We open in Dean Ambrose’s hometown of Cincinnati , Ohio and it looks like Triple H has returned from “vacation”.  Looking and, I assume, feeling refreshed, he speaks to us about his consternation over
