SmackDown Takes the Wheel on the Road to WrestleMania...

A Good Friday to You Enthusiasts.   I hope it finds you well. So, there are a few bombshells circulating this Friday. Let’s have a quick chat about them, shall we.   Well, what’s got the WWE Universe buzzing is that Chris Jericho is set for a Broken Skull Session with Steve Austin next week. Unsurprisingly, this correlates with WrestleMania weekend. Personally, I think this is nothing but a good thing. I look forward to the day that AEW invades and this appears to be the first step towards that reality. I don’t find anything wrong with this because all parties are just acknowledging the facts. We all know Jericho’s recent history. There’s no point in denying it. Might as well embrace it as we all march into the future. I’m all for it!   Another bit of news that may or may not bode well for WWE is that Logan Paul does make his appearance tonight and appears also set for WrestleMania. My point here is that WWE seems to be okay with its place amongst the “trash”. Many would s

Well, It's Monday...Is It Still Worth Watching RAW?...

A Good Monday to You, Enthusiasts. How’s it going?   Has the stir crazy set in yet?   To be honest, I was a little too loose last night and so I am paying for it now.   Let’s just say this is one of the times I’m thankful I can work from home.   In any case, I along with some of you are probably wondering if it’s even worth watching tonight’s RAW because the WWE has no idea what to do at the moment.   The talent can’t act well enough to do fully scripted episodes but with the action without context, it’s hard to validate taking the time.   It’s a bit of a conundrum and it’s one that the WWE has to solve or they’re not going to have too many fans left.   Now, I don’t expect an immediate mass exodus but understand what I’m really saying here.   So far, it’s becoming a little too clear what the WWE’s weaknesses are.   There’s more than the loss of fans at stake.   They have to reestablish the brand.     At the moment, they are looking amateur at best and that doesn’t help in t

RAW Gets to Add Gasoline to this Fire...

How’s It Going, Enthusiasts? Hope you’re one who got the day off.   I enjoyed my break immensely.   So, here we are at yet another Go Home Show for the Royal Rumble.   About now we get to speculating as to who is gonna surprise us by coming down the ramp to play.   We may even get a lady or 2 even though there’ll be separate Ladies Rumble.   I don’t see the point in speculating.   Half the time, I don’t even know who the surprise entrant is and the other half, they’re old favorites back for one more ride.   This is just the way things are right now so, there’s not much the WWE can even do.   All we can really hope for is that it’s a lot of fun.   Can’t say I wouldn’t lose my mind a little if CM Punk made an appearance for shits and giggles though. So, tonight RAW’s job is simple: get us interested in Sunday.   Any way they can.   Right now, I’m not all that antsy but curiosity definitely looms.   The teased action involves Rey Mysterio getting another shot at Andrade for the

SmackDown Knows What Time It Is. Question Is, Does It Care?...

Greetings Enthusiasts! Well, I have to say this is one of the better Fridays I’ve had in some time.   I hope it’s going awesomely for you as well.   So, let me just offer condolences to the passing of Mr. Rocky Johnson.   I didn’t know the man during his wrestling days but we all know that he is the primary source and Father of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.   It’s always sad when a member of the WWE Universe passes.   It seems to happen all too often but this is one of the bigger passings.     May his legacy remain honorable and strong. Since this is basically an uncle to Roman Reigns and The Usos, I doubt this tragedy will affect the night’s offerings, but I would expect them to attend the funeral.    SmackDown escorts us into the Go Home Week and what’s advertised could be interesting.   Apparently, Roman Reigns and Robert Roode are going to do a Ladder Match.   Seems a bit much but, I’m expecting hijinks.   Dad (Kane) is supposed to be in town as well.   Hopefully, they’ll h

Sure RAW Knows About Drafting. They're Always Eating SmackDown's Dust...

😉 A Happy Tuesday to You, Enthusiasts! So, RAW pulled itself up by the bootstraps and presented palatable content sending it back to SmackDown to keep up the pace.   Remember, Enthusiasts that the WrestleMania Go-Home shows are next week so we should basically be expecting and demanding better content right through go-time.   Now, SmackDown is more obligated than ever to keep the party going. Now, what we have to consider going in is how real Shane McMahon’s diverticulitis is.   Isn’t that what Brock Lesnar has?   I’m just saying if it was anything else, I wouldn’t suspect something but this “coincidence” may be pointed or a clue.   I don’t know…just seems a little planned is all, especially with the disgruntled beatdown he received courtesy of Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens/Steen for their recent “dismissal”.   I think this is all drummed up for the drama but we’ll see if it actually proves entertaining. As for tonight, we'll see if Daniel Bryan put himself back on the
