Elimination Chamber = Done. Next...WrestleMania...

Happy President’s Day, Enthusiasts!   How is everyone doing? I have to say I’ve enjoyed this day off. It’s been rejuvenating. So, there’s not much going on in the wrestling world but that doesn’t mean there’s nothing to talk about. Let’s chat some, shall we?   So, The Elimination Chamber came and went and it was an okay show. Nothing spectacular but not exactly time wasted either. What was most interesting was what wasn’t planned to happen. Seth Rollins tossing Austin Theory into Bobby Lashley’s pod cause the pod to break and resulted in Lashley getting hurt. He’s now out with a shoulder injury. So, that’s the next chapter when Lashley gets back. He’s got some words for Rollins who sidelined his Title run. That’s one thing they don’t have to worry about.   As a consequence of the unexpected injury, Brock Lesnar took it upon himself to bust out his pod and destroy all for the WWE Title. It will now be him and Roman Reigns at WrestleMania. Though this has happened a few times

How’s It Going, Enthusiasts? Monday treating you all right?   Well, Elimination Chamber came and went and I think we can come to some fair conclusions.   Shayna Baszler is now the resident female badass so we’ll see how the ladies’ roster will adapt to the new threat.   The hope is that it prompts the best out of everyone.   This is a turning tide that could definitely give the Men a run for their money.   The Women have been solid recently, especially on SmackDown and with Baszler coming in fighting for real, the ladies are going to have to up their games and learn how to box.   Now, when I say that, I don’t need them to lace up the gloves and put on the head gear and really learn how to throw hands but learning the philosophy shouldn’t hurt.   That’s what Baszler is going in on.   She knows how to kick an ass.   These ladies know how to “wrestle”.   We’re about to see what makes the most sense out in the street.    All for it. Also, the Men’s Elimination Chamber was the seco

A Merry Monday to You, Enthusiasts! The Elimination Chamber is over and we’re not all that affected by it.   It wasn’t a bad PPV but it certainly was a lesser one.   The match of the night was the SmackDown Elimination Chamber match though the Women did open well but that was to be expected.   Unfortunately, there weren’t really any pleasant surprises.   Personally, if you ask me, it seems like everyone needed to loosen up.   I know they’re focused on what they have to execute but these things are always more fun when the roster is in to it.   This came off more like work.   I’m not sure if that’s an ingrained mentality or what but all I think this PPV needed was people going out there and having more fun with it.   That was sort of hinted at with Becky Lynch hobbling in to cause some chaos but everybody should have been “going for it” to some degree.   That’s the beauty of these lesser PPVs.   You can let it all hang out.   Less people are probably watching so, why not ham it u

Happy Monday to You, Enthusiasts! Elimination Chamber has come and gone and though there were some underwhelming parts, I have to say I wasn’t displeased with it.   Actually, I was surprised that they gave the win to Roman Reigns.   I was expecting Braun Strowman or maybe Finn Bálor to get it, though I still think he’s a wee bit small for Heavyweight play but, it would seem he wants to be the new “underdog”.   Yet, no.   They went with what was speculated and set the scene for Brock “Gun Jack” Lesnar and for WrestleMania.   I’m sure some stipulation or 3 rd  and/or 4 th participant will probably be added but that’s fine.   I just hope they have a plan for what happens after.   Word is that Lesnar will probably go back to the UFC with his suspension up so, the WWE has to get themselves a full-time Champion.   It may be why rumors have been flying about Bobby Lashley because word is he’s set to sign but that would be precursors to next year I would think but, who knows.   They do lik

How goes it, Enthusiasts?  Did you like this week’s episode of RAW?   Have to say I enjoyed myself and for once, I had a lot of fun watching it.  There was something very “back to basics” about it that I found refreshing.  It didn’t take itself seriously, it shouldn’t really in general, and was funny.  I didn’t fall over laughing but I found myself understanding more than not,why I am a wrestling enthusiast. We open in San Antonio , Texas and The Authority enter with Seth Rollins at the front of their V-shaped formation and no one’s happy, not a bit, nope.  Once in the ring, Stephanie McMahon explains to us why Dean Ambrose is just no good.  He straight up stole the Heavyweight Title Belt.  Who the hell does he think he is?  A guy like that only understands severe repercussions.  So, what shall we do with him?  Fine him?  Suspend him?  Fire him?   Triple H then interjects, telling the crowd to shut-up in true Triple H fashion and then demands that Ambrose get his ass ou
