How’s It Going, Enthusiasts?   Enjoy the weekend? I made the most of mine. As for the Wrestling World, there are a few things to chat about but not much so this shouldn’t be that long of a post. Let’s get to it so we can get on with the evening, shall we?   In the Realm of AEW, they had their Dynasty PPV and naturally I partook to see if there were any implications for the Future. From what I could gather, in character development only but this is not a bad thing. It’s still early yet and understanding our players better informs us of what’s to come.   When it comes to Jon Moxley and Will Osprey it is a matter of Moxley being a man of his word. He warned Osprey throughout the set up for this match that he would let Osprey do all the work and Osprey just “didn’t hear him” and did himself in. One could say the match was won from the onset but when Osprey decided to “take his time” as opposed to dispatch of Mox, the mistake was made right there.   Osprey...

How’s It Going, Enthusiasts?   Happy Friday. So, there’s not all that much going on. Well, not a lot for me to comment on but you know, that’s not necessarily a bad thing. AEW prepares for Dynasty this weekend while WWE sets the final pieces on the stage for WrestleMania so it’s like a quiet before the storm. There are a few things I can chat about, though so let’s get to it then to our weekend.   Over in the Realm of AEW, it appears Will Osprey took Jon Moxley’s advice and “used his head” by flying in some back up to help him deal with the Riders of Death. He got his lady love, Alex Windsor along with Francesco Akira, Henare and Callum Newman to arrive just in time while he was taking it to Moxley in the Parking Lot on this week’s Dynamite. And then they went at it officially at the end of the show in a big ole 4-on-4 Match.   This was a lot of fun. How’s It Going, Enthusiasts?   A Merry Monday to you. I hope you had nice Easter weekends, regardless of whether you celebrate. The Wrestling World seems to have taken a little break to honor the religious holiday so, there’s not much for me to chat about but there’s a few things we can discuss. Ready to knock this out? Let’s get to it.   In the Realm of AEW, we just have a little more information on Chris Jericho’s return. Long story short, word going around is WWE was only interested in a retirement run and clearly Jericho feels there’s still life in him so, AEW it is. We’ll see what happens when he’s ready to hang it up but for now, expect him to pop up on AEW and its affiliates as he and their Powers that Be see fit.   In the WWE Universe, the talk concerns the return of Pat McAfee. How’s It Going, Enthusiasts?   Happy Good Friday, regardless of your belief system. Easter is special to me because I am an “Easter Baby”. I was born on an Easter Weekend 😊 So, happy birthday to all the other Easter Babies out there! We’re a special breed.   In any case, as far as the Wrestling World is concerned, there are some things going on. Enough for me to have a decent chat so let’s get into it and then you can go off to your weekend, whatever you choose to do with it.   In the Ream of AEW, the big news is the return of Chris Jericho. He greeted the Dynamite Crowd in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada and then left it to everyone else to have a great show. From what I witnessed it was a solid show. How’s It Going, Enthusiasts?   Welcome to Monday. There’s not a lot going on in the Wrestling World but there’s a few things we can chat about regardless. That said, this should be a short post so, let’s get on with it so we can get on with the week.   Over in the Realm of AEW, there’s not much to speak of. The Riders of Death had some business to take care of on last week’s Collision as they allowed Daniel Garcia to say hello and good-bye to his former cohorts in Private Party (PP). The Riders wiped off any smiles PP had on their faces and then proceeded to turn their attention to Will Osprey.   Looks like PAC will have at him for free on TV time as he and Osprey are set to battle on this week’s Dynamite . I feel I have to watch on principle but we’ll see if this remains straightforward. How’s It Going, Enthusiasts?   Well, I got back into my original blog. Can’t say what happened but I’m glad to be back to my usual blog space. I got a lot of content on here 😉 I may switch over to II in the future but just not yet. Had to do what I had to do in this particular situation.   In any case, there are few things that caught my eye this week. Nothing too crazy. I see that Roman Reigns was on The Tonight Show last night but I didn’t catch any of that. Never do. I don’t know. I feel I have to limit my wrestling intake still. I’m a fan but not that much of a fan. They have me twice a week and on PPVs so that’s enough, right? Besides, I was taken in more by what was going on in the Realm of AEW.   As you’ve gathered, I’m monitoring the formulation of the Future and this week didn’t have much to directly do with it but that’s the point. How’s It Going, Enthusiasts?   I can understand if it’s a bittersweet Friday as many of us mourn the loss of Chuck Norris. I have to say that I didn’t care much for him in my youth. He seemed a corny alternative if you were a true Martial Arts/Action movie fan. I was more interested in Jet Li back then and to a lesser degree Jackie Chan but over the years, especially when the Chuck Norris jokes started, my stance on him softened. There’s a little bit to talk about in the Wrestling World so, let’s have a little chat. Here we go!   In the Realm of AEW, the Revolution PPV was had and there were some surprises. The most notable of which being Ronda Rousey proving to be an ally to Marina Shafir. For me, this is an indication of the Future. How exactly it goes I can’t yet figure but I can see Shafir skipping out on the Riders of Death in time to side with her “more popular friend” yet that all depends on how often Rousey is going to be around.   Given Rousey’s reputation, I don’t see her wanting to play “second fiddle”. She could easily make Shafir choose since Rousey is offering up her “valuable time”. Could this be the first crack in the Riders’ resolve? We’ll see. How’s It Going, Enthusiasts?   Welcome to another week. This was a pretty quiet weekend. There are a few things happening in the Wrestling World but you know by now that I’m only interested in a few distinct things and those weren’t in action much so, this should be a short post. Let’s just get to it and knock it out.   In the Realm of AEW the focus is on Revolution. The Future is ticking along as it should yet, from what I saw, I would say it’s about time to have Konosuke Takeshita to have a Face Turn. Like I said before, he’s reading too much like a gentleman to be with the Don Callis Family. Kazuchika Okada, now that’s a heel. Arrogant, flamboyant, that’s what you want strutting around for the bad guys. But when it comes to Takeshita I’m like, “Why are you over here?”. He needs to have a falling out with the Callis Family. Let’s get it started.   Over in the Realm of AEW, it looks like they had a meeting and decided it doesn’t hurt to talk a little more shit and keep the mood light. The Future is going to take a while to develop so, might as well have fun doing it.   I checked in to see Our Man Jon Moxley take on the submission specialist in Hechicero. It was a decent match. More a showcase for Hechicero than anything else but Mox being the draw he continued his winning streak. Konosuke Takeshita showed up after to stare him down since Revolution is next weekend.   Yet, what caught my interest was the promo the Riders of Death cut later in the show. How’s It Going, Enthusiasts?   How’d you like Elimination Chamber? You know what, I was surprisingly satisfied with it. It had a few things to be desired but knowing how I’ve sat through plenty worse, I wasn’t mad at it. Actually, kinda liked how they decided to more or less stick to the program. Yet, we’ll break some of that down in a bit. First, let’s take a look at what else is going on then get back to that.   Over in the Realm of AEW, the Riders of Death continue to feud with the Don Callis Family but if I didn’t know better, I’d say they’re too friendly IRL to make this interesting. So, I suggest using this build-up time as an opportunity to hone their shit talking skills. They aren’t saying too much, just brawling when they see each other and as I suspected, that can get boring but spicing it up with some witty shit talk can wake everybody up while the whole thing stews.   I would say for now, the goal should be making the other guys break.
