How’s It Going, Enthusiasts? It’s the first Saturday Night: Main Event of the year and it’s naturally a short card but I got a match that I’m looking at. I think most of us will. So, why don't we break it down. Out of everything, I’m looking at the Fatal-4-Way with Randy Orton, Damian Priest, Trick Williams and Sami Zayn. Who wins it? Well…the shocker would be Zayn. He’s in Montréal, his hometown so they rarely give it to the hometown boy. WWE likes raining on a parade. However, they’d might do it just to drop jaws.  The favorite is Trick Williams. The Crowds have received him surprisingly well. I knew he was popular in NXT but I had no idea it translated. I didn’t even know he was a big guy until he debuted. I was expecting him to be like 5’10. He moves well for his size and he definitely has the mouth. He is basically Rick James’ Nephew. How’s It Going, Enthusiasts?   Happy Friday! Well, there’s not much going on in the Wrestling World but that’s okay. It doesn’t have to be exciting all the time. Makes it more special when it is. I got a couple things to chat about and then it’s off to the weekend. We got some things going on so, let me get to it.   First, let’s stop by the Realm of AEW as we saw the feud of all feuds start up as the Riders of Death exacted revenge on the Don Callis Family on this week’s Dynamite. I have to say I couldn’t be prouder of the display. Everyone went out and nailed the assignment. I have no notes. That was exactly what I was hoping for and I was not disappointed.   You see, when they have fun, we have fun. That was awesome! Everyone came out ready to play and play they did. I appreciated how Callis sat in on Commentary and did all he could to discredit the Riders and Jon Moxley. I just wanted to playfully point out that Mox isn’t a sociopath. I know Callis was jus...

How’s It Going, Enthusiasts?   A good MLK Day to you if you get to celebrate it with a day off. That happens to be my fate at the moment and I have enjoyed the day thoroughly. As for the Wrestling World, it’s fairly quiet at present but I have a couple things to chat about so, let’s get it over with then we can get to lounging however we please.   We start in the Realm of AEW as we check on the percolating Future and I would say the first bubbles have started to rise to the surface. On this weekend’s Collision, we saw Don Callis himself get a few of Jon Moxley’s feathers ruffled. Mox did try to just walk away. I would presume that Mox is fully aware of his… “tendencies”. Yet, taking the High Road did not save him. The Callis Family is large and members were there to greet Mox with what they would feel is a well-overdue beatdown. How’s It Going, Enthusiasts? Happy Friday to you. Well, this was a productive one, I’ll give it that. Had better ones and definitely had worse so, I won’t complain. As for the Wrestling World, there appears to be some movement on the horizon so, that’s something to talk about. For most, it’s stuff that was percolating so we’ll see what actually comes to fruition. Shall we have the chat? Here we go.   In the Realm of AEW, there are always many things going on but we’ll only talk about a couple. As I said last post, there was a showdown between Darby Allin and PAC on this week’s Dynamite and so I sat myself down and watched. It was an impassioned display on Allin’s part. He did get the jump on PAC and keeping him off-balance appeared to be the winning strategy as Allin did take the W in the end. As for the Wrestling World, there’s not a lot going on that’s piqued my interest but we’ve got some stuff to talk about, don’t worry 😉 Without further ado let’s get into it, shall we?   Over in the Realm of AEW, I feel we got some clarification on Jon Moxley’s “status” so to speak. As the Riders of Death in Daniel Garcia, PAC and Wheeler Yuta participated in their version of a 6-Man Tag, Moxley sat in on commentary to talk up his crew and generally lend support. The discourse, to me, made it clear he’s no Face but he’s not exactly a Heel either. I think he’s more or less what he’s always been, Rogue and that’s fine.   I was just pointing out how if he has Face-turned, he’d have to be a better Face and he’s more or less the same as he ever was so if people have grown to appreciate it, I have nothing against it. How’s It Going, Enthusiasts?   Happy Friday! There’s a lot going on stateside so, expect many of us looking forward to a little escape. The WWE Universe gets another taste of Germany as WWE does its European Tour so that will be a nice change of scene. As for the Wrestling World, there’s not much that caught my attention but there’s enough in play to have a brief discussion. Shall we?   We’ll start in the Realm of AEW as they ease into this “age” of a calmer, gentler Jon Moxley. He took on Shelton Benjamin to see if Benjamin could get himself a shot at the Continental Championship and though Benjamin was the better wrestler, he just couldn’t get the job done in the end. You could say he should have zigged when he zagged so it was the sort of loss where it was understandable if he “kicked himself” afterwards.   Mox was sportsmanly enough to offer a handshake after but he wasn’t completely clean in the match. How’s It Going, Enthusiasts? Happy first Monday of the year. Feel any different? I don’t know about you but I’m accepting it a lot more than usual. Maybe because of the impending changes that are on the ever-approaching horizon. Whatever it is, I felt more ready for it than usual. Guess I’ve had enough of the holidays 😉   As for the Wrestling World, there is some minor shuffling. Nothing that shocking but it should give us something to chat about so, let’s get into it. It won’t be that much but we’ll jump around a bit.   We’ll start in the Realm of AEW as we check on the Future. Not much to speak of just yet. It appears Darby Allin means to make good on his new target in PAC. I’ve noticed that he seems a bit absent from the Riders of Death of late. Is that foreshadowing? Everyone is talking about how Claudio Castagnoli will probably be the one to usurp Jon Moxley but could it really be PAC setting up to stage the coup?   I suppose we’ll see but, in the me...

In the meantime, let’s take a little look at what’s going on in the Wrestling World. It’s not much but there’s a few things to talk about. Let’s get into it.  Over in the Realm of AEW, many are trying to wrap their heads around Jon Moxley being a Face. It does appear that the Callis Family is assuming the primary Heel Faction designation and most feel that the Riders of Death in general are still Heels which sets the scene for them turning on Mox at some point but I’m not sure if that’s what the endgame actually is. As of now, Mox appears to be facing some “Karma” more than anything else. As he may have bullied others previously to “make a point” opponents aren’t feeling any restraint to do whatever necessary to get the W. How’s It Going, Enthusiasts? A Merry Monday to you. So, there’s some things to chat about in the Wrestling World. There are a couple that I can think of off hand but the one you can expect will take us into the Realm of AEW so, let’s not delay. Got other things to do 😉  So, it would appear that Our Man Jon Moxley has gone and Face turned. Is that what that is? Not that I have a problem with it.  I saw it more as the man behind the mask speaking honestly for a moment. I think, for the most part, the bulk of the IWC are fans of Mox/Dean Ambrose but there are a lot of commenters not sure about this sudden about-face.  I’m not sure that’s what it is. He’s always been intense and he’s always been about wrestling for wrestling. It keeps him “sane” and gives him a reason to get up in the morning so, I would never badmouth that. How’s It Going, Enthusiasts? Enjoy your Christmas if you’re one who celebrates? Have to say it was a nice night, even if I had to work today 😉 Well, as you can imagine, it’s pretty quiet in the Wrestling World as everyone enjoys the Holidays, as they should. Given that, this will be a short post but I have a few things to chat about so, let’s get to it. In the Realm of AEW, it looks like Gabe “The Hooligan” Kidd is looking to establish himself as he picked a fight with battle weary Darby Allin. Kidd is making sure we know he’s a “bad man” as after offering a pointed promo, he proceeded to interrupt Allin’s interview to kick him down a flight of stairs. It was quite rude. We all know Allin doesn’t back down from a fight so, we’ll see how he comes back to ruin Kidd’s day. He did ask for it.  As for the Future, there’s not much to report. Jon Moxley managed to spoil the evening for a determined Orange Cassidy so he stays alive in the Continental Classic. What I find interesting here ...

How’s It Going, Enthusiasts? I have a house full of family for the Holidays so…you know not complaining but at the same time kinda want to 😉 You know how it is. Anyway, it’s quiet in the Wrestling World as I can imagine many of our players are contending in similar ways. So, let’s get to it, shall we.  All that caught my eye is that the word going around is that Dominik Mysterio suffered a shoulder injury performing for AAA recently. So, he may just have to lay up backstage for the time being. Kayfabe-wise, who cares. But when it comes to real world, let’s wish him a speedy recovery.  Besides that, for this week’s RAW we can expect to get better acquainted with Je’Von Evans as he faces “Dos” Americano. Bayley will give Roxanne Perez her Winter Final. I expect Perez to pass with flying colors. GUNTHER will stop by to see if people are still mad. And Rhea Ripley is set to get some payback on Asuka for spit/misting her last week.  This should be the last early RAW for me. ...
