RAW Welcomes You to 2020!....

A Good Monday to You, Enthusiasts! Did you have a good weekend?   They're never long enough, are they.   So, SmackDown welcomed 2020 with some new additions such as John Morrison and some returns as in Sheamus and The Usos being brought back into action.   Can we expect more of the same tonight?   Well, so far, all we have is that Brock “Gun Jack” Lesnar is set to make an appearance so, we can basically assume that Paul Heyman is going to dictate to us, in detail, what exactly that implicates.   I don’t mind Heyman’s diatribes.   He’s one of the few people who can entertain by talking alone.    No doubt this will concern how Lesnar will reclaim one or both of the major titles ‘cause he’s getting tired of sitting around the house and needs to earn some of this cash coming in.   We’ll see what the stipulations for the Royal Rumble will be. Also for tonight’s RAW, there’s supposed to be a Triple Threat between some major players, not sure who.   I don’t know if it will be f

A Merry Monday to You, Enthusiasts! How’s the new week?   So, over the weekend I checked out the WWE Live Smackville Event and it wasn’t bad.   I’d say that caliber should be what they shoot for when it comes to Go-Home Shows.   The person that shined the most was Shinsuke Nakamura in my opinion.   Looked like he was staying loose and having fun, sometimes at Mustafa Ali’s expense, as a good heel should do.   The hour segment closed with a Triple Threat for the WWE Title between Samoa Joe, Kofi Kingston, and Dolph Ziggler.   They did their jobs but it wasn’t anything we haven’t seen before and naturally, Kingston retained the title.    Word is that the people on the social medias have been starting to state their boredom with Kingston and the match was kinda phoned in so, my only thought here is that I hope that is on purpose.   Otherwise, we may see the title change hands at Summer Slam.   We’ll see what they do. I took my time checking this event out and sat down and took a

A Merry Monday to You, Enthusiasts! So, as many of you may know, I’m having real-time streaming issues so, if I can’t join in the fun tonight, I’ll do it on Wednesday but I’ll keep the blog posts current with the action.   In any case, for tonight more momentum has to be built to set-up the “ants in the pants” Go-Home show for next week.   So far, what’s been teased is Roman Reigns dragging his heels on his response to Drew McIntyre and Ronda Rousey seeing how long she can stay on the premises without getting into it with someone.   Besides that, there’s speculation that John Cena may make some sort of appearance seeing how RAW is in Boston this week.   What’s being tossed around is setting up a match with Kurt Angle as opposed to Baron Corbin which could be a fair swan song for Angle and Cena should it work out that way.   I don’t have a problem with an Angle vs. Corbin match but I understand that’s sort of underwhelming given the context.   Well, you know how I feel, Enthusiasts

When You're Done Choking on That, SmackDown Has Something You'll Actually Want to Eat...

A Good Evening to You, Enthusiasts! I hope your Tuesday went well.   As for last night’s RAW , it was a bit par for the course.   They couldn’t give us too much because that defeats the whole purpose of a “Lead Up” but they weren’t exactly phoning it in either.   Looks like they were experimenting a little with presentation and content and that’s fine.   That’s the sort of thing they should be doing between PPVs.   I personally appreciate them trying to evolve.   It’s becoming clear the same ol’thing just isn’t gonna cut it anymore, at least not every week.   It’s encouraging.   I say more of it!   Let the imagination flow. In any case, when it comes to SmackDown action for tonight we have Carmella and Sonya Deville getting a chance to show us what they got.   Rey Mysterio will proceed to school the haughty Cien Almas.   Becky Lynch and Asuka will continue to circle each other as we inch closer to the Royal Rumble.   AJ Styles and Daniel Bryan will start to do the same and wh
