Well, that darn busy schedule kept me partially aware of this week's RAW  but now I have some breathing room to get a little caught up and set for Sunday's SummerSlam!  4 hour spec-ta-larrrr, I'm hearing they're gonna have.  Oi.  Well, I'll have plenty of "distractions" to keep it all interesting.  Not to say that I'll be bored, I'm just gonna treat it like any other epic event.  I'm going to ease myself into a inebriated stupor and chase it with food coma (^_~)  Get the feeling plenty of you will do the same.  But, before we get into that, let's get into the Smackdown mood, shall we?  Funny tweets get retweeted and somewhere out there, a Favorite awaits... Shall we (^_~) Hello Enthusiasts!  I hope this Thursday finds you well.  So, I found this weeks  RAW  delightfully entertaining.  I have to note that I like how this Stephen Amell vs. Stardust little feud is coming together.  I don't watch  Arrow  and know very little about this man but I appreciate how he's not afraid to get in there and throwdown.  That's how we do it around here.  Nice to see he's got some chops. Well, I've been spotty on my watching but I'm slowly getting back into the swing of things.  Hmm, a little bit of drama during the house shows this past week, huh.  Maybe it's a sign (^_~)  Well, some of us are more cantankerous than others yet, that doesn't allow for bad behavior.  We get a bad enough rap as it is.  Let's try to keep each other from getting worse reps around town...wherever it may be.   In any case, so we're gearing up for SummerSlam are we?  Hmm, curious as always but keeping expectations low.  Let's see how tonight's RAW starts the buildup.  Funny tweets get retweeted & mayhaps we'll be graced with a Favorite?  We shall see. Yes, I've missed a week due to other commitments but, now I'm freed up and I have my TV back!  I believe I mentioned a few posts back how the Powers That Be conspired to render me cable-less with a sudden leak, that led to the ceiling being partially gutted and my TV removed.  I feared it would have to be replaced but The Gods are kind and spared it from any permanent damage.  And so, it's back to originally scheduled programming (^_~).   From the tidbits I could gather, it definitely looks like the WWE is going back to brass tacks and focusing more on people actually wrestling at the moment and I find this pleasing.  That is what we're all gathered for in the first place, right?  That and having fun watching people beat each others' asses.  Call it a safe outlet.  Funny tweets get retweeted and we'll see if someone comes up with some genius for a Favorite. Could be, Enthusiasts (^_~) How's everyone doing.  Well, spoilers speak an intriguing tale.  I think everyone can agree that the brawl that went down on RAW this week was one of the best they've had in a good, long time.  Enjoyed it thoroughly!  I doubt we'll get anything that fun but maybe the in-ring work will keep us interested to counter.  Funny tweets get retweeted and a Favorite comes if a Favorite comes. The East Coasters are settling down to see the fallout from yesterday and I have to say, I kinda lost it when The Undertaker made his appearance.  Even with the photo confirmations floating around, I definitely squealed when he came out.  The man has stage presence, what can I say.  Now, the speculation continues as to how things will proceed.  Can't say that I really care, as long as it's interesting (^_~)  Funny tweets get retweeted and we won't be pushy with potential Favorites. How's Everyone Doing? Greetings Enthusiasts, Well, with BattleGround the flavor of the month there's been a lot of online chatter but, I haven't really gotten worked up for it TV wise.  Ryback's out with a bad staph infection to the knee and there's speculation that The Undertaker may make an appearance.  That is motivating but is there any truth to it?  Judging by the SmackDown spoilers, we won't be given much aside from the usual so, I suppose we'll just wait and see.  *Shrug*  In the meantime, funny tweets get retweeted and some day, I'll be granted a Favorite and I will retweet it as well.  Happy watching! Evening Enthusiasts, As I'm sure you've noticed, I've been decidedly preoccupied with the goings-on of this year's ComicCon and though I didn't get to see the biggest celebs or sit in on the juiciest panels, I had myself a grand ol'time if somewhat low-key in comparison to some.  Well, it appears that there are those who would prefer it if my attention isn't spread too thinly (^_~)  I guess I can oblige to a point. In any case, I am now returning to my usual standard programming and that brings us to the BattleGround "Go-Home" rounds to set us up for this Sunday.  Like I said, I haven't been paying too much attention but now that I have to return to "normal" I'll see if my appetite is whetted any.  Who's with me?  Funny tweets get retweeted and we'll just leave the door open for any Favorites that might walk through. Evening Enthusiasts, Man, this was a full day.  I marked out the Comic Con for this year and...I think I can take it (^_~).  Strangely, getting back into the thick of things is like riding a bike.  It's like I've never left.  I can't be all over the swag tables like I used to be, though.  No place to keep all the crap but it's exactly what I expected so far.  There was some cool surprises and some comforting standards.  I think I'll enjoy these next few days and Friday and Saturday are gonna be "double-header" days, I've decided.  I'll start off at the Con and then party after the main floor shuts down.  Downtown and the Gaslamp are all lit up with the influx of activity and so, I don't see why I can't get my feet a little wet. Yet, in the meantime, let's get back to "wrassling" shall we.  As usual, funny tweets will get retweeted and I'm just too busy for Favorites but if one shows, it won't be turned away. See
