SmackDown Stays at a Perpetual Jog...

They like to stay ahead 😉

A Good Evening to You, Enthusiasts!

So, RAW was a bit of a mixed bag but palatable.  Perhaps it decided to take a bit of a back seat to the news of SmackDown leaving USA towards the end of next year to head over to FOX.  That is a big piece of news with plenty of potential implications yet, you’d think they’d want to solidfy RAW as the #1 Brand but SmackDown does tend to consistently make more sense so…it’s hard to say what if any reason was used.  It's certainly the better option for going into new territory.  RAW is more of an acquired taste and some of us even spit that out from time to time.  It’s hard to explain to newcomers.  SmackDown definitely has the precedence to bring on new, would-be fans.

In any case, we’ll see if SmackDown continues to discreetly steal the spotlight.  The Main Event is looking like it’ll be a showdown between Jeff Hardy and Daniel Bryan.  This should be interesting because rumor has it that Hardy may have injured himself again but let’s hope it’s just a bump or bruise.  Regardless, Money in the Bank standings are at stake.  We also have some MizTV to look forward to.  Looks like he’ll be having The New Day on tonight.  Lana will also return to the ring to take on Billie Kay of The IIconics…not sure how that will go down.  Get the feeling it’ll be shrill.  And Naomi is set to face off with Sonya Deville for another Money in the Bank qualification match.  There’s enough to work with here.  Let’s go ahead and see what they put together.  Funny tweets get retweeted and as for Likes/Favorites, let’s not put them on a pedestal but we should expect a little more from them.

See You in a Bit,
-Nicole Alexis (^_~)
