Doesn't Matter Where You Are, Money In the Bank Is Going to Get Done!

Greetings Enthusiasts!

How’s Tuesday going for you?  So, RAW was quite palatable in my opinion.  Of course an “ideal” go-home show would have been more rousing but this is a good start.  I don’t expect them to turn things around overnight but what I did witness was honest effort.  No one appeared to phone it in.  Everyone was trying to sell it and for that I’m appreciative.  Angling this downward spiral upwards is no easy task.  Everyone is going to have to have a little personal chat with themselves and see how much they’re willing to commit/invest because this will take some dedication.

The up-side is that all they really have to do is learn how to have fun out there again.  I get the feeling the real answer to this WWE slump is more obvious than they may think.  They’re looking to past stars and new partnerships when they may have to double back to the basics.  Tell a decent story, make the action compelling and fun.  If the series finale of Game of Thrones turns out to be a dud, they’re in prime position to pick up the proverbial “fumble”.  All that really means is that they have to execute a well-thought out, exciting but overall fun show.  It won’t be G.O.T. but with enough excitement and curiosity it may just serve as a lighter substitute.  It could work if the WWE just presents a good time.  Get some laughs out of us, show a few people getting expertly destroyed.  Displaced G.O.T. fans may just get curious enough to watch RAW for the first time.  Maybe in some cases, some of them return to it.   Even if G.O.T. manages to save face, they’re still over.  Might as well put on the Sunday Best and hope they find it interesting.  Everyone should be geared for nailing MITB and the fallout shows to make the most of this period of time.  You see, it’s almost like anything of risky nature.  You almost have to act like you don’t want it in order to get it to work out.  Too much trying starts to be counter-productive.  You kind of have to nudge this into being.  Set a fun tone and let the magic happen.   I think it can be done.  The WWE just has to stay out of its own way.

We’ll see how much that’s accomplished as Paige debuts a new name for the tag-team of Asuka and Kairi Sane.  Kevin Owens will host his own show and have Kofi Kingston as a guest.  We’ll see how long that lasts.  And the MITB entrants will have themselves a nice little Fatal-4-Way to give us a little taste of what we have coming for Sunday.  Fair enough!  Funny tweets get retweeted and as for Likes/Favorites I say remain stingy.  This is the last Go-Home Show before showtime, it should be just short of stellar.  You know…don’t want to out-do the actual event.

See You in a Bit,
-Nicole Alexis (^_~)
