There's Always Room for SMACKDOWN...

Plenty of it (^_~) How's your Thursday evening going, Enthusiasts? Can't say I can complain too much.  So, the WWE appears to be moving in the right direction for once and it's very exciting yet, I do hate to get my hopes up.  Nevertheless, I feel this upswing has been long coming.  I'm glad it's arriving and hope it just continues.  We've got a couple weeks until Money in the Bank and given tonight's spoilers, we should be kept moderately interested yet, I'm sure we'll get better come "Go Home" time.  We'll see how it all plays out.  Funny tweets get retweeted and I won't expect to see a Favorite but I'll be happy if it arrives. See You in a Bit, -Nicole Alexis.

GIVING IT TO YOU RAW…What Happened Last Night (June 2nd, 2015)

How goes it, Enthusiasts?  Did you like this week’s episode of RAW?   Have to say I enjoyed myself and for once, I had a lot of fun watching it.  There was something very “back to basics” about it that I found refreshing.  It didn’t take itself seriously, it shouldn’t really in general, and was funny.  I didn’t fall over laughing but I found myself understanding more than not,why I am a wrestling enthusiast. We open in San Antonio , Texas and The Authority enter with Seth Rollins at the front of their V-shaped formation and no one’s happy, not a bit, nope.  Once in the ring, Stephanie McMahon explains to us why Dean Ambrose is just no good.  He straight up stole the Heavyweight Title Belt.  Who the hell does he think he is?  A guy like that only understands severe repercussions.  So, what shall we do with him?  Fine him?  Suspend him?  Fire him?   Triple H then interjects, telling the crowd to shu...

WELCOME TO ELIMINATION CHAMBER!!...What Happened Last Night (May 31st, 2015)

Greetings Enthusiasts!   Well, not much changed but what did was monumental as the New Guard appears to be getting ushered in.   As far as PPVs go, I don’t think it was a spectacular outing but it was fun and at this point, I think that's good enough.   It also had a groundbreaking match so that makes it come off at least like you got your money’s worth so, I’m not gonna complain too much.   I had a great time and I’m very curious how everything is going to proceed. I missed the Pre-Show/Kick-Off action but it appears that Stardust dispatched of Zack Ryder (surprise, surprise) and we get some Daniel Bryan updates via MizTV.   In regards to Bryan , his injury doesn’t appear to be career-ending and he plans on returning to the ring as soon as he can.   The Miz is as the Miz is and acts the pompous ass until “The Mega Powers” in Damien Sandow and Curtis Axel come out and show ‘em what the lot of us thinks of that. We then get into the meat ...

To The ELIMINATION CHAMBER!....

What's up, Enthusiasts! I hope everyone is queuing up the equipment and getting the refreshments ready.  Well, I don't expect everyone to be all that interested for tonight's action but I think the ones of us with the WWE Network will at least take a look.  Why not, right?  In any case, as has been the norm of late, I will be live tweeting alongside the lot of you and so, feel free to join in.  The more the merrier when it comes to these things.  Funny tweets get retweeted and we'll just keep our eyes out for a Favorite.  You know, no pressure (^_~) See You in a Bit, -Nicole Alexis.

PUTTIN’ THAT SMACKDOWN…What Happened Last (Tuesday) Night [May 28th, 2015]

Image
What’s goin’ on, Enthusiasts.   I hope you all are having a great Friday night.   So, here we are, on the cusp of Elimination Chamber and like the good sport Smackdown is, it got in there and gave us some entertaining fodder.   Was it the best Smackdown ?   Gracious, no but it did steadily make me laugh and the action was exciting enough.   I’ll see Elmination Chamber just ‘cause but I wouldn’t say I’m dying to see it but at least I'm a little curious to see what does go down.   With Rusev probably out and all sorts of rumors floating about, it’s hard to say what will drop. We open in Wilkes-Barre , Pennsylvania and we’re greeted this evening by a Dean Ambrose.   In extended fashion, he regales us with his “stint in jail” that he had to endure due to The Authority trying to teach him a lesson.   Well, the only lesson he learned is that not all policemen are bad and that some of them must be fans because he was subsequently rel...

I'll Give Ya Something to SMACKDOWN...

How goes it, Enthusiasts! So, I'm still feeling lukewarm about Elimination Chamber but from the sound of the spoilers, this week's Smackdown  crowd is at least encouraging...maybe even a little apologetic?  Hmmm...I guess we'll have to wait and see for ourselves.  I'll be keeping an eye on the East Coast tweets and as for you West Coasters, join the viewing party!  Funny tweets get retweeted and we'll just let that Favorite come over when it's good and ready (^_~) See You in a Bit, -Nicole Alexis.

GIVING IT TO YOU RAW…What Happened Last Night (May 25th, 2015)

Hello Enthusiasts!  Well, I don’t know about the lot of you but I would say that the WWE isn’t all that jazzed for its own Pay-Per-View.  It could just be me but, I felt that for a “Go Home” show of sorts, it left We the Audience wanting.  Yet, this may be more of an experimental time because what was presented seems to attempt to integrate some old standards with fresh faces yet, not so much with a fresh take.  I felt very blasé towards the end, not exactly the sentiment one would want for an audience if you’re trying to get them to pay. We open in Uniondale , New York and The Authority, in its entirety, saunters out with Seth Rollins leading to settle the matter of the Elimination Chamber main event, Rollins vs. Dean Ambrose.  Now, The Authority could do all sorts of things to make this not happen.  They could even go so far as to “fire” Ambrose and nullify the whole shebang.  But, why do that?  We’ve got all sorts of paying customers...
