Blog Changes...

Image
Greetings Enthusiasts, After a long think, I've decided to cut waaaay back on the blogging.  Life is just getting in the way too much and I'm having less and less time for it.  Part of me laments this but, meh...it's not like this stuff is all that important.  Frivolities are usually first to go when it comes to setting priorities and so goes the blog but, I'll still tweet and watch if things stay interesting.  I had a lot of fun and I hope some of these ideas don't go to complete waste (^_~) Guess we'll see.  Funny tweets get retweeted and perhaps some day, I'll get that long awaited Favorite. See You in a Bit, -Nicole Alexis (^_~)

Let Us See What SMACKDOWN Offers Up Tonight...

Image
Greetings Enthusiasts, I know my presence has been spotty of late but it should be coming back to normal soon.  Just know I've never been a fan of drama.  I'm glad the bit I've been sucked into is dying down.  In any case, let's see how tonight's episode keeps things interesting. I've been digging the improvements of late.  It's beginning to get a lot of fun again.  Let's hope it stays this way.  Funny tweets get retweeted and who knows...a Favorite may just show (^_~) See You in a Bit, -Nicole Alexis.

Seriously This Time, I'll Get a Post Up for SMACKDOWN (^_~)....

Sorry Enthusiasts, With my busy workday schedge & these crazy people in my life all messed  up, I've been detained yet again when it comes to blog-itude.  Trust me, I'd rather be blogging but bills needing to be paid and such, what's a girl to do?  Well, wish me luck and I hope to post again come Friday. Peace Be With You, -Nicole Alexis.

All Right, This Time for RAW I'm Serious...

Image
Evening Enthusiasts, You must forgive me.  I've been sucked into a nasty bit of drama, not of my own making.  Long story short, some people are stupid but think they're smart.  In any case, that is why I haven't been as up to date with my postings of late but hopefully for this RAW , I may just be able to get back to my punctual self.  Let's keep the fingers crossed, shall we.  I've never been a fan of drama of not the fun kind.  So, let's see if this week's RAW can lift my spirits, shall we?  Funny tweets get retweeted and we'll just not speak of a Favorite but I'll let you know if it comes. See You in a Bit, -Nicole Alexis (^_~)

Getting Back on Track for SMACKDOWN!...

Image
Evening Enthusiasts, I hope this Thursday is treating you well.  You have to forgive me.  I been decidedly detained by other matters.  Rest assured, they aren't predominantly mine but others appear to value my assistance. In any case,  I've been quite distracted but I feel the matter is getting under control and things can now return to some state of normalcy.   Nevertheless, this week's RAW  was surprisingly refreshing.  It appears the WWE is slowly getting its balls back and I like it!  The grittier matches and more plausible storylines are making it fun again, as it should be.  That's why we're all here, remember (^_~)  Funny tweets get retweeted and if a Favorite comes a Favorite comes and you'll all know it 'cause it's been retweeted too. See You in a Bit, -Nicole Alexis.

GIVING IT TO YOU RAW…What Happened Last Night (June 15th, 2015)

We’re in Fallout territory now, Enthusiasts as we see the aftermath of the events of Money in the Bank. To be honest, Money in the Bank was my favorite PPV so far. I might even like it more than this year’s Wrestlemania.   The matches were compelling and fun yet, newbie friendly.   I introduced a few compatriots and they were thoroughly entertained and so kudos WWE!   You appear to be finding your way…finally. To begin, we find ourselves in Cleveland , Ohio and Seth Rollins having retained the Heavyweight Title, Rollins is decidedly smug as he struts down the ramp, beloved belt on his shoulder.   If you haven’t noticed, he’s kind of a big deal.   Good people of Cleveland , I don’t think you know just how awesome I am.   Well, just let me tell you that given my superb performance, it’s pretty much official.   And in my efforts to be my best, I just want to thank those who helped me be the best that I could be. Rollins pulls out a list. *Ahem* Yes, I would like to thank

Money in the Bank Fallout RAW!...

Hey there, Enthusiasts! Money in the Bank has passed and I wasn't really surprised with the results as I was with the action.  I went over to a friend's and made a small event of it this time around so I wasn't as focused but I will say I thought the Ladder Match was the most exciting.  Though Owens vs. Cena and Rollins vs. Ambrose were solid matches, something about the Ladder Match just got the blood going.  I can atest to that because the crowd I was watching with were a mixed assortment of viewers.  About half were kinda familiar.  2 people, me included, knew what was up and the rest were completely oblivious outside of knowing the genre exists. They were thouroughly entertained and the matches were fun.  Couldn't really complain, which is great (^_~) If only it could be that way all the time.   In any case, RAW viewing is gonna be a little different for me on the West Coast this week.  A sudden leak from the ceiling dripped water onto my usual viewing unit and s

PUTTING THAT SMACKDOWN...What Happened Last (Tuesday) Night [June 11th, 2015]

Greetings Enthusiasts!  Money in the Bank is coming up this Sunday and I have to admit I continue to be lukewarm about it.  Though Smackdown wasn’t exactly disappointing, if I’m supposed to be getting all excited for MITB, I’m not really sure how I’m supposed to do  it through what was presented.  There were a couple solid matches, but in terms of any feuding or story, it all just feels a bit flat.  I don’t mind just having a wrestling spectacle but if that’s what they’re gonna do, they should explicitly state that or develop more of the drama so that we care. We open in Lafayette, Louisiana and Dean Ambrose greets us with a “title belt” on his shoulder.   As we remember from RAW, Ambrose has been having a great time frolicking around New Orleans with the Heavyweight Championship belt and he takes some time to show us the pics on the “big screen”.   Nice right?   Just as Ambrose is about to continue, a huffy Seth Rollins marches down the ramp.   What the fuck is this bullshit

It's a Sad Day for SMACKDOWN...

Good evening, Enthusiasts. Well, what would usually be more banal talk of the lead up to Money in the Bank this Sunday is marred by the passing of our beloved Dusty Rhodes.  No doubt you have seen the news all throughout the forums.  Though I missed his heyday, he has been a regular presence in the WWE for as long as I've been watching and I am saddened by this news.  May he rest in peace.  Let us mourn but not for too long.  Of what I've seen of him, he seems the type that would enjoy a Louisiana style funeral service.  So, let us remember how he brought us all joy and celebrate a great person and career.  We can watch some Smackdown too.  Funny tweets will get retweeted and if a Favorite ever comes it will be made one and retweeted but I fully understand if many of you don't feel very jovial tonight. See You in a Bit, -Nicole Alexis (^_^)

GIVING IT TO YOU RAW…What Happened Last Night (June 8th, 2015)

Greetings Enthusiasts!  By the looks of things, it would appear that the WWE is trying to embrace some semblance of change. We saw plenty of the same but perhaps in a different order or with less emphasis to sticking to the script.  Whatever the case, I found the push for invigoration encouraging. We the Audience have voiced over recent years our collective displeasure but have somewhat resigned ourselves to never being heard. Perhaps someone, somewhere is in fact listening. We open in New Orleans , Louisiana with John Cena to greet us.  His purpose?  To talk about his match with Kevin Owens scheduled for Money in the Bank this Sunday.  It’s simple to Cena. Yeah, Owens and NXT are the hot-shit right now and so, naturally Owens has earned some respect. Yet, what Owens has to understand is that there’s a difference between NXT and the WWE.  Yes, Owens got Cena at Payback and Cena has much respect but, Owens has to recognize that the game is played differently in the “big leagu
