The Elimination Chamber Is Over! RAW Now Guides Us to FastLane...
The
Elimination Chamber is over and we’re not all that affected by it. It wasn’t a bad PPV but it certainly was a
lesser one. The match of the night was
the SmackDown Elimination Chamber
match though the Women did open well but that was to be expected. Unfortunately, there weren’t really any
pleasant surprises. Personally, if you
ask me, it seems like everyone needed to loosen up. I know they’re focused on what they have to
execute but these things are always more fun when the roster is in to it. This came off more like work. I’m not sure if that’s an ingrained mentality
or what but all I think this PPV needed was people going out there and having
more fun with it. That was sort of
hinted at with Becky Lynch hobbling in to cause some chaos but everybody should
have been “going for it” to some degree.
That’s the beauty of these lesser PPVs.
You can let it all hang out. Less
people are probably watching so, why not ham it up a bit? Here’s a chance!
In
any case, RAW finds its fallout show
in Louisiana and it looks like the winners will solidify their standings. Ronda Rousey is back even with a “gash” to
the side of the head. We’ll see if she’ll
continue to proclaim her dominance and call out someone else to take a shot at
the Champ! Sasha Banks and Bayley too
will commemorate their inaugural Women’s Tag-Team Title win. Perhaps they’ll throw it up as well or
perhaps they may be intimidated into putting it on the line. There’s also talk of NXT roster members circulating
backstage. It’s not certain how they’ll
be used. The names bandied about are
ones I’ve heard but I haven’t seen much of them in action. Suppose we’ll see what hand they have in the
fallout, if any. Funny tweets will get
retweeted and as for Likes/Favorites, let us proceed hesitantly. We
need to be impressed if we are to offer greatness. Let us wait for them to offer up the proper inspiration.
See
You in a Bit,
