  A Good Saturday to You, Enthusiasts! How are you doing? So, a bittersweet day in the WWE Universe, wouldn’t you say? We bid John Cena adieu as his in-ring career draws to a noble close.  I feel I should say a few words on the subject, given the event. *Ahem* I was never a John Cena fan. He seemed…ridiculous if I’m honest. This preppy hoodlum? Is that what it is? Then it morphed into The Marine and as far as I could determine, he’s never even been in the military he just sort of fit the part. Then that turned into the incarnation of recent years that basically was a “civilian marine” who lived with determination, valor and honor.  In a place like the WWE Universe, especially 20-25 years ago, in retrospect, I see why this all came to be. How’s It Going, Enthusiasts?   A Merry Monday to you! So, there’s not much to speak of so far. There are a few continuations from last week but it’s generally a slow wrestling news day so, this should be short but we’ll see. I know I can start to ramble. Given that, shall we just get to it? Let’s dive in.   The Realm of AEW seems to be doing fine as they’re preparing for their Blood & Guts event that’s to be held this week. It looks like Jon Moxley will have to watch from the sidelines as who I’ve been playfully calling “Krista’s Dad” aka Roderick Strong took him out with some help from Mox’s new bane of existence, Darby Allin.   Strong gets the monicker because he looks like someone’s dad. I wouldn’t look at him and say he’s a wrestler, but Krista’s Dad for sure 😉 I don’t know if he has kids but he has that look certainly.
