Huh?! Oh, Right! It's Time to Get Good and RAW...

How Goes It, Enthusiasts!

So, what’s going on?.....Well, it looks like this will be one of those “pull a name out of the hat” nights so, we’ll see how the pairings go.  Apparently, the WWE is doing a Canadian stint this week and the only thing that appears set in stone for tonight is a Last Man Standing Match between Braun Strowman and Roman Reigns.  Now, if I didn’t know better, I would say this a sort of test match.  I say that because the long match is difficult to pull off, especially in the WWE Universe.  We the Audience can have fickle and short attention spans.  We don’t often have the patience to get into a match that could go over 30 minutes.  So, it is doubly on the wrestlers to present a compelling contest that keeps our interest.

Since we have a Fatal-4-Way planned for SummerSlam which has in it 2 veterans and 2 relative up and coming wrestlers, I’m thinking this is a chance to take notes on what needs work now so that the Fatal-4-Way is guaranteed a solid match.  This could be wishful thinking but that’s what I’d be doing.  We’ll have to be discerning with this match.  Reigns and Strowman have to prove themselves here a bit.  The Ambulance Match they had may have been encumbered by the “drama” it was supposed to create.  I thought the drama upset the rhythm a great deal.  Hopefully, this time around they'll be allowed some freedom to just have a good time and destroy the place and each other.  They'll have to adequately build to the chaos, though and not too much, mind you.  Gotta save something for SummerSlam 😉 Funny tweets get retweeted and Likes/Favorites, we’ll see who finds their way to genius.
