When Does SmackDown EVER Fall on a Holiday? Do They Complain?...

How’s being back at work treating you?  To be honest, my day back wasn’t too bad but let’s get to the matter at hand, shall we.  So, I’m sure you had a hard time buying last night’s events on RAW as well but all I’m going to say is that if they’re going to do something so obviously a “work” as having the SHIELD arrested, processed and post bail in the course of 2 hours, they should have had more fun with the nonsense, especially if all that’s going to happen is that they get jumped when they “get back”.

Geese, why even bother going back to the stadium if that’s all that’s waiting for them.  They should have cut and run to some degree.  We should not have known where they were at the end of the night.  Let the remaining Faces battle the Heels in Finn Bálor's defense.  They don’t have to win I’m just saying if it’s going to get “nuts” like that, might as well go ahead and get fucking nuts!  Have SmackDown roster make some cameos.  Have people stealing gear and rental cars backstage.  Make it seem like all hell broke loose ‘cause the SHIELD got arrested and everyone’s distracted, like getting a substitute teacher during the middle of the day.  The roster should be acting like kids unattended at least that way, we know this is actually just for shits & giggles and not some real attempt at making sense.  I could laugh with them as opposed to at them, you get my drift?

Anyway, so tonight the info is kind of scant.  All I keep picking up is a tag team Triple Threat that brings The Usos back to action.  Hopefully they actually get some screentime, they’ve been hanging back of late.  I don’t know if that’s to nurse an injury or because Creative doesn’t know what to do with them but it’ll be nice to see them back in action.  I suppose we’ll see how this Becky Lynch & Charlotte Flair feud develops as well.  I don’t mind an ambitious Lynch but I just wish the disagreement wasn’t based on a misunderstanding.  It weakens Lynch’s position making me think either some sort of reversal lies in wait or Creative is just being sloppy.  Gives Ms. Lynch more work to do if that’s the case.  Let’s see if she manages to make up the difference.  Funny tweets get retweeted and as for Likes/Favorites…hmmm, let’s just see what we get first.
