RAW Is Here to Get You to FOCUS! - It's All About Summer Slam...

So, there’s quite a bit pending for this RAW Summer Slam Go-Home Show.  First of all, how will the “Brock Lesnar Situation” get handled?  Well, it could go any number of ways but for me, if they want us to stay half-invested in the story being told here, Lesnar should face repercussions for his rude dismantling of Seth Rollins.  If it’s me running things, I would strip him of the title for Unsportsmanlike Conduct.  Have some sort of Battle Royale or Gauntlet Match for the 1^st Contender and if Rollins is still “out of commission”, do the same for the 2^nd.  This could throw the title up for grabs right before Summer Slam.  That could potentially solve 2 minor problems with these guys.  Many aren’t feeling Lesnar hanging around keeping the Universal Title hostage and for whatever reason, Rollins is making all the wrong moves right now.   This could take them both off the table while Creative figures out a more palatable conclusion.  For me, it’s easy.  Just have Rollins chomping at the bit the moment he’s healthy.  He should almost show up in Montana at Lesnar’s house.  He should be livid!  Lesnar made this shit personal.   He shouldn’t care if a title’s on the line or not.  They can have a straight up feud.   That’s what I’d do with ‘em.  But we’ll see if they come up with something palatable.

The other big “mystery” is who attempted to “murder” Roman Reigns?  This angle kinda tickles me because it harkens to the old-school cliffhanger that a show such as Dallas or Dynasty would use.  Nice to see them playing along with the melodrama.   Rumors had the culprit as possibly being Daniel Bryan to start up a feud for Summer Slam but now it may be settling on a more likely suspect in Samoa Joe.  That could work better because Bryan is a little out of nowhere, not that something like that has stopped them before but I wouldn’t mind a little more set-up for that one.  With Bryan being a heel now, lead-up could be a lot of fun.  Moreover, people have been enjoying Samoa Joe and Reigns feuding.  It does seem more “real”, I’ll give ‘em that.

In any case, for tonight, RAW will have Charlotte and Trish Stratus sign their contracts for Sunday’s bout.  The Ladies will also be in action for what looks like a Tag Team Fatal-4-Way and the IIconics will be getting off the bench to defend their titles.  As for everything else, we will have to wait and see.  Funny tweets get retweeted and as for Likes/Favorites, now we have to be a little stingy because it’s a Go-Home Show for Summer Slam.  They should be coming correct and call ‘em on it if they’re not.  This is ‘sposeta be the biggest thing outside of WrestleMania!  We can’t abide any cut corners.  We can forgive a bit not working, that happens but this should not be a sloppy night.  Get your opera glasses out and scrutinize.  This night should be above average.
