RAW Changes Course for War Games/Survivor Series...

How’s It Going, Enthusiasts?

 

How’s this Monday, treating you? Well, as usual, there are things floating around but only a few tidbits caught my interest. Should be a short post. Up for it? Let’s get into it.

 

Over in the Realm of AEW, the Moxley Takeover hit a small snag this past week but it appears to be all part of the plan.  If this story ─ if it goes where I think it may go ─ is to make it to its final destination, there should be many fits and starts. Besides, why can’t Jon Moxley and Company show that they are fallible and human? We shouldn’t forget this should we or more importantly, the AEW Roster shouldn’t forget.

 

To advance the notion, Mox has claimed in a recent interview that this is only the beginning. He’s hitting the reset button and wiping the drive. No data kept.  Everyone will have to start from scratch. Well, since this is the beginning, I hope AEW has their backup storage options ready to go. Why should Mox have all the fun 😉

 

Over in the WWE Universe there are some fan grumblings as word is WWE is double taping tonight. The most likely explanation is to allow time off for Thanksgiving, though it feels a little early for that. Given the nature of this form of entertainment, it’s not the best idea to plan too far ahead in advance. What if someone suffers an injury or something happens that upends what’s planned. I just hope there are contingencies if this is the case.

 

In any case, for tonight’s RAW there isn’t that much advertised. We got over a couple weeks until War Games/Survivor Series so, we’ll see who gets some action. Bronson Reed is slated to explain why he’s been ordained “executioner” of PTO. The Ladies will have a Tag Team Championship match with Liv Morgan teaming up with Raquel Rodriguez to try to take on the Champions in Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill. And at some point, GUNTHER will give us his thoughts on why Damien Priest should find something better to do than try for the Heavyweight Title. Something tells me Gunther prefers it right where it is.
