Sharpen Up! RAW Has to Show It Knows How to Act Before SummerSlam...

A Good Evening to You, Enthusiasts.

Unfortunately, the night’s events are overshadowed by the unfortunate passing of Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart.  I did not see this gentleman in action but I am a great fan of his daughter, Natalya, and my sincere condolences go out to the family.  Natalya was scheduled for action tonight but I’m sure they’ll find a replacement as she mourns.  Such unfortunate timing, as well for tonight and tomorrow are the Go-Home shows for Summer Slam.  It’s a sad damper on what would otherwise be an exciting time.

Yet, to keep us somewhat on track there is speculation that Brock Lesnar may be in attendance tonight.  It’s hard to say in what capacity and he wasn’t officially advertised but we’ll see if they bring him in as a distraction at the very least.  Also, Renée Young gets a shot at Commentary tonight as she fills in for Jonathan Coachman.  Hope she has fun with that.

In addition, on the docket tonight The B-Team find themselves in a tag-team Triple Threat with The Revival and The Deleters of Worlds in Bray Wyatt and Matt Hardy.  Braun Strowman is going to see who else he hasn’t made quick work of yet.  We’ll see how long it takes for the contract signing between Seth Rollins and Dolph Ziggler to deteriorate into madness.  And Paul Heyman may just saunter out to titillate our imaginations as to what the future of the Universal Title may look like.  Will it be more of the same or will it sit on Roman Reigns for 2 seconds before Strowman cashes in?  Funny tweets get retweeted and for Likes/Favorites, best not to try too hard.  Must respect the tonight's tone.

See You in a Bit,
-Nicole Alexis (^_~)
