NXT Thinks It's Slick!... RAW's Got Something for 'Em...

A Merry Monday to You, Enthusiasts!

How’s the start of this week going for you?  Had some curve balls tossed my way but I managed to get a bat on ‘em.  As for tonight’s RAW, it’s hard to speculate what to expect.  As we remember from last Friday, the show was “mostly” on the fly and NXT took advantage of travel delays to hijack SmackDown.  A great way to throw down the gauntlet for Survivor Series so, we have to expect further infiltration and/or retaliation tonight.  The only thing that concerns me is the size difference.  NXT looks like it runs kinda small compared to the WWE main roster.  What’s to keep these guys from getting tossed into dumpsters?   I’m not too afraid of some these guys.  The Ladies will have their hands full since they appear more or less evenly matched but the guys aren’t overtly intimidating.  NXT is going to have to stay sly if they hope to be taken seriously.

As for the night’s advertised agenda, all we got is that Brock Lesnar is in the house since he up and left SmackDown so, that makes contending for the WWE Title an interesting matter.  SmackDown roster will have to brand jump in order to challenge for it.  I’m sure they have something cooking for that angle.  In the meantime, let’s see how the plot thickens as Survivor Series approaches.  We have a few weeks so, expect minor cliffhangers and shock value moments but that’s to build the excitement.  Let’s see if they eventually get a nice, vigorous boil going.  We want it nice and tantalizing so we can’t wait to jump in.  We’ll see how close they get.  Funny tweets get retweeted and as for Likes/Favorites, let’s take a more measured approach.  They have to gain momentum for this PPV, but since it’s early they can’t go bolting out the gates.  We’re looking for like a 5K marathon pace.

See You in a Bit,
-Nicole Alexis (^_~)
