  How’s It Going Enthusiasts?  Happy Friday! Well, it’s Royal Rumble Eve and there are a few things we can talk about. It’s going to be a chatty weekend. Are you up for it? Guess, you ought to start to get in the mood. Let’s break some stuff down. First order of business comes from the Realm of AEW. We’ll let the Death Riders percolate/steep and talk about some administrative news as Saraya’s/Paige’s contract is up this year. According to an interview she did with TMZ, she’s not opposed to a WWE return but commenters feel it’s not realistic. I believe Saraya has one of those residual neck injuries, if I remember correctly, and WWE doesn’t like to mess with those. Having matches would be down to getting medically cleared I would think. However, seeing how Florence Pugh does a better Paige than Saraya did I would say that’s the real point. I was never really sold on Saraya/Paige and I’m still not so, there would have to be more of a draw, so to speak. I wish her well regardless....

How's It Going, Enthusiasts?     Enjoying your Monday? It's just a little chilly in my part of the world. Not much to really complain about so I try to keep my mouth shut. As for the Wrestling World, there are a few things   we can kick around. Feel limbered up? Let's get to it.   Saturday Night:   Main Event   came and went and I have to say that the high point came from Shawn Michaels otherwise known as the "Heartbreak Kid". He may be pushing 100 but he can still dish out that chin music and I guess that's all that matters.  Kevin Owens ramped up to 11 to deserve it and it all worked   out beautifully. If they can work in organic bits of nostalgia like that, I'm all for it but at the same time, you see how you kinda have to let it happen. This can't be forced. A Good Saturday to You, Enthusiasts.   Enjoying your weekend? We get a bit of bonus action ahead of the Royal Rumble. When I think about it…I kinda like it. Should every major PPV be marked with a Saturday Night: Main Event ? Give the non-paying public a taste? Show them how far things have come? Perhaps that’s been the endgame. I was never really thinking about it (^_~)   So, I’m looking at a couple matches tonight. They gotta keep to that tight schedule so, let me just do the same. The first match that has me intrigued is the Sheamus vs. Bron Breakker match for the Intercontinental Title. They’ve made it clear that this is the one that Sheamus has yet to win. Could it be tonight?   However, Bron Breakker is fast establishing himself as a force to be reckoned with and he has only just begun. Sheamus is on the decline whether anyone likes it or not. How’s It Going, Enthusiasts?   Happy Friday! Well, there is some stuff to talk about this evening. Nothing of real concern but there’s some interest I would say. Ready to get into it? Let’s break it all down.   We’ll start in the Realm of AEW but not for the Death Riders Saga, though there is stuff worth commenting on there. I saw them pick on Uncle Edge and see what people are talking about with Wheeler Yuta morphing into a caricature of himself with those bangs. I think it’s the right decision for him, personally. It shows some character development. He could be seen as wayward and “losing himself” and these are distinct “changes” that someone who knew him before would be concerned about. That’s the sort of thing they should be doing right now.   But what really grabbed my attention is that Malakai/Aleister Black is already out of there. I thought there would be some back and forth before he jumped ship but not so. I really hope that we’ll have him at the Ro...

How’s It Going, Enthusiasts?   Happy MLK Day to you if you’re in a region that celebrates it. I’m enjoying it with a quiet day at home. Taking advantage of the free time to do some work in the kitchen. Usually eat out but now I can make a meal 😉 As for the Wrestling World, I would say it’s a bit quiet. TNA fans have something to talk about but that’s never been my scene. Let’s chat about what we can and get this over with.   Speaking of TNA, it appears that Jordynne Grace is set to make her departure. Most speculate that she’ll probably be on her way to WWE in some capacity but for the most part, she’ll be a free agent soon. The buff toughie has been slanging for half a decade so, I’m sure she’ll end up somewhere respectable. No doubt room can be made at WWE for her. How’s It Going, Enthusiasts?   Enjoying 2025 so far? It’s shaping up to be interesting. As for the Wrestling World, there’s definitely some buzz about. So, let’s not waste any time and get into it.   We’ll just take a quick stop over in the Realm of AEW since Jon Moxley had a Championship match in his hometown against Powerhouse Hobbs. To be honest, aside from the lost earring, it wasn’t a bad match. It was better than I was expecting anyway. Always thought the earring may factor someday, though. Just a little too 90s for the 21st century 😉 Don’t blame Hobbs for ripping it out. But of course, that leads to blood and Mox sported red for the rest of the match.   The Death Riders also played their part by nipping away at Hobbs any time the referee’s back was turned. But to the side of that I wonder…Does PAC ever get cold? He’s always out there wet and naked. It’s a wonder he doesn’t get sick. I think he’s the “craziest” one of them all, if you ask me. How’s It Going, Enthusiasts?   We’re bracing for another round of wind over here in Southern California. It’s not so bad in my part of town but the advisory allowed me an extra remote day so, really can’t complain. As for the rumblings in the Wrestling World, there are some but only a couple caught my eye. That should keep things brief tonight so, let’s not dally and get the chat over with.   We’ll let the Realm of AEW do its thing for now. I’ll chime in when it feels right. Yet, the WWE Universe has some options to consider. Bad Bunny wants another shot at a match and he wants to be full on Heel. I guess that could work. You guys know me. Since he’s not exactly a menacing type, I’d have him lean on comedy heavily but I’m down. Bunny understands the assignment so, why not? I don’t know where this happens, but I don’t mind if it does. How’s It Going, Enthusiasts?   Well, my part of Southern California is unscathed by fire but the skies have been tinted with haze for the bulk of the week. There are sections of North LA that are completed torched. It’s as if the Gods did decree it to be stricken from the Earth. Not sure what it means. The hills are always full of brush. The area just doesn’t get enough consistent rain for it to not happen and the winds come through seasonally. People either have to build accordingly or not at all. How things proceed will be very interesting.   In any case, in the Wrestling World we have some interesting movement. There’s enough for a wordy post so, let’s not delay. How’s It Going, Enthusiasts? Did you have a nice weekend? My weekend was purposeful. Got some things done, watched a few movies. It was nice in it’s simplicity. Now, we’re back in the swing of things. New month, new year, new way to watch RAW , among other things. Ready to talk about it? Let’s get to it. First, we’ll stop by the Realm of AEW courtesy of New Japan as Kenny Omega made his return to the ring this past weekend. As you may remember, he’s been out for about a year with an acute case of diverticulitis but appears to have recovered and is back to doing his thing. He’s got plans to reestablish himself back in the AEW fold which should be interesting seeing how things are going. I’m curious to see how he figures and with who. All in all, it’s good to see him healthy. Welcome back! In the WWE Universe, we all know this is the big Netflix debut of RAW and so talk has been mostly about what to expect. Happy New Year, Enthusiasts!   Ready for a new year in the Wrestling World? I wouldn’t say it’s my life but it’s definitely an important pastime for me. 2025 is a 9 Year for you numerologists out there so, this should be a year of completion for a few things. As you can see, RAW will be on Netflix this year, officially making it a part of the modern era and tonight SmackDown will commemorate being 3 hours for the foreseeable future. And so, minor but as you can see, it more or less illustrates my point. Things won’t be the same in some areas this year. We’ll see how that plays out overall.   As for tonight’s post, we’ll start over in the Realm of AEW. With Adam Copeland/Uncle Edge back in the mix, I feel that things can be left to him to steer for a little while, especially since he can tout an Emmy Nomination at present.
