RAW Keeps the Focus on Money in the Bank...
Happy Monday, Enthusiasts!
It’s another week which means it’s another RAW. Before we get into that, why don’t we take a very brief look
at what’s happening in this wrestling world. We only do this about twice a week
so, let’s give it a little time.
So, generally speaking, there’s not much going on. Everyone is more or
less in prep mode for July when touring and audiences become common place
again. In the meantime, the thing that seems to have circulated the most is
that Eddie Kingston took a mild jab at WWE in a statement he made to the AEW
crowd after filming. He basically said that WWE doesn’t always listen to its
fans unlike AEW and this is more or less true. This wouldn’t be a problem if
WWE consistently churned out decent product. That’s the main reason I and so
many others have a valid grievance when it comes to WWE. I wouldn’t mind them
doing it their way if it worked. It works maybe half the time. That is what
opens the door for ridicule. So, as much as Kingston was playing to his crowd,
he’s not really mentioning anything new. WWE will probably have to start
listening until they figure out their creative problems. Once they find a
stride, don’t be surprised if they stop caring about what others think again.
They’ll continue to experiment with tonight’s RAW. Tonight is actually pretty packed, we have a 6-Woman-Tag with
Rhea Ripley siding with the 2 Strong Blondes in Dana Brooke & Mandy Rose.
Charlotte will side with the vets in Natalya & Tamina. Elias & Jaxon
Ryker will mix things up with a Strap Match. Kofi Kingston is going to end
whatever is going on between him and MVP and AJ Styles, Drew McIntyre and Randy
Orton are going to have themselves a Triple Threat Match to see who gets into
Money in the Bank. We’ll see what stands. Funny tweets and Likes get retweeted.
So far, early reports aren’t that bad so, this might be a decent show. Some
people may not like how things play out but it’s looking like we should be
entertained. That’s a start. Let’s see how long it lasts.
See You in
a Bit,
-Nicole Alexis (^_~)
