SmackDown Does as It Does and Picks Up the Pace En Route to WrestleMania...

How’s It Going, Enthusiasts?

Happy Friday! So, I think you all know what we’re gonna talk about today. At least it will keep the post brief. I got stuff to do this weekend 😉 Let’s get into it, shall we? Here we go.

Focus was on the Realm of AEW this Wednesday as Jon Moxley reverted back to his masochistic ways by taking a set of nails to the back. In most cases, I would admonish this unnecessary show of violence but this time around, I found it well-placed. This is more “fodder” for his enemies than anything else. This time, this is “evidence” which is exactly what it ought to be.

My only real issue concerns sanitation. Are those nails sterilized before being used? It would be quite the shame if all this potential gets flushed down the drain due to a case of sepsis or a nasty case of lockjaw. I’ll be fine with it if it suits the Future and is done with some consideration. No one told him to kill himself. Not sure what that would prove or serve.

Besides that, I would say this is Strike 1, to use a baseball analogy. We all know this sort of behavior is in his history but at this point, enemies should start “building a case against him”. This is the sort of shit they’re talking about. He’s stomping around ranting, being a threat to himself and others. His “mental state” can be questioned. And more “acts like this” can lead to the “drastic measures” to follow.

They just need to mind the timing. Strike 2 shouldn’t really go down until next year so, he’s gotta foul off a bunch of balls and maybe take one or 2 before the next step. I say this ‘cause after Strike 2, it can all go down pretty quickly so, don’t want it to pop off too soon. Other than that, call me pleasantly surprised. Someone is thinking about it (^_~) Continue to proceed. The Future is looking very Bright.

That all said, in the WWE Universe, action is still abroad as we witness what Italy has to offer. SmackDown will continue the build to WrestleMania as Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins and CM Punk have a… "discussion". Zelina Vega will try not to get actually squashed by Piper Niven. Jacob Fatu will attempt to take another bite out of Braun Strowman. And Jade Cargill will see if she can take out some aggression on Liv Morgan.

Spoilers aren’t giving up much so, I’ll have to see what’s going on for myself. Unofficial watch party will start at 8pm PDT but I understand it’s a Friday night. Drop in at your leisure. I’ll be multi-tasking anyway.

See You in a Bit,

-Nicole Alexis (^_~)
