Evening, Enthusiasts.
So, RAW delivered enough to lead us into this Greatest Royal Rumble ever but I’ll admit, other matters had me distracted for most of it so I won’t harp on it too much. What I will say is that the pairing of Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre looks to make its money back. And it’s anyone’s guess as to who will win this Arabian Rumble. Looking like Brock Lesnar for the Steel Cage Match, though so, let’s hope they at least make it interesting.
As for tonight, SmackDown serves as the official Go-Home show for the Greatest Royal Rumble Ever and thankfully, they don’t have to do any clean-up but they do have to keep the momentum going. What’s slated so far is the in-ring debut of Asuka as she teams up with Becky Lynch to give those upstarts The Iconics “what fer!” Charlotte and Carmella will have a contract signing since Carmella finally cashed in her Money in the Bank contract and is now wearing the SmackDown Women’s title. They’ll settle this at BackLash. Jimmy Uso will attempt to hold his own against Rowan of the newly formed Bludgeon Brothers and Daniel Bryan will find himself on an episode of MizTV as The Miz makes his immigration to SmackDown complete. Will all this prepare us for the biggest event of the year, outside of WrestleMania, of course? Funny tweets get retweeted and as for Likes/Favorites let’s see if they give us something good to work with. Only fair, right?
